MENU

We have a wide and exquisite range of dishes that suits all kind of tastes. A welcome cocktail is included, followed by  a starter, fish dish, meat, dessert, and beverages. However, if desired, the menu can be adapted depending on the customer desire. Likewise, there are children's menus and vegetarian options. Please notify us of any special diet thay you may need.

STARTERS

Bouillabaisse with shrimp extract and sautéed caramelized onions

Puff pastry with smoked salmon and cream cheese with pesto and lettuce outbreaks

FISH

 Salmon, hake and vegetable cake with mustard sauce and puff pastry crescent
Cod fillet on a bed of bakers, emulsion peppers and roasted garlic glaze
Baked sea bass fillet with Manchego vinaigrette and wok-fried vegetables
Stuffed hake medallion filled with prawns and mushrooms, stewed vegetables and leek cream
Snapper fillet steak with warm seafood splash and vegetables
Roasted sea bass with stuffed vegetables and romesco sauce
Monkfish medallions with clams in green sauce
Fillets of sole on coca leek and saffron sauce

MEAT

Veal cheek in a Riojan wine with stuffed tomatoes, ratatouille and parmesan custard
Painted mushrooms stuffed with foie gras sauce, and apple tatin bunch of broccoli
Grilled beef tenderloin with boletus sauce, potato gratin with parmesan and carrot bundle
Roasted duck breast with raspberry vinegar, caramelized apple slices and dried apricots
Rack of lamb with rosemary roasted boneless stuffed artichokes, stewed vegetables and cumin roasted pumpkin
Quail stuffed with foie gras and porcini-crusted bread with mushroom gravy
