At Hotel Wellington, S.L. we reaffirm our unwavering commitment to legality, dedicating resources to forging a corporate culture that prioritises the prevention of any infringement in the course of our activities.

To this end, we have implemented a tool to channel reports of any irregularities. This is our Whistleblowing Channel, designed in strict accordance with the requirements of Law 2/2023, which ensures the protection of whistleblowers and the fight against corruption.

Its conception and operation guarantee absolute respect for confidentiality and protection of personal data, as well as the defence of the whistleblower and the presumption of innocence for all concerned.

Who can report?

The Hotel Wellington, S.L. Whistleblowing Channel is made available to:

-Employees, executives and members of the management body.

-Former employees whose employment relationship has ended, volunteers, trainees, employees whose employment relationship has not yet begun in cases where the infringement occurred during the selection process.

What can I report?

-Breach of legal regulations. Actions or omissions likely to constitute a criminal offence or a very serious administrative offence.

-Breach of the Hotel Wellington internal regulations, such as the protocol for action and prevention of harassment in the workplace and its Code of Ethics.

-Any conduct that may be considered reprehensible from the perspective of integrity as a principle of Hotel Wellington, S.L.
