Joaquín Fernández Prats (1976) grew up surrounded by patterns, needles, and threads. Coming from a family devoted to the craft—with a master tailor father and a skilled tailor mother—he began his training at a very young age. At fourteen, he took his first steps into tailoring, developing a vocation that has accompanied him ever since. His education has been broad and comprehensive, ranging from artisanal workshops to industrial manufacturing. After studying at the La Confianza tailoring school, he worked in top-level tailoring houses, first in production workshops and later in the Tailoring Department at El Corte Inglés, where he deepened his mastery of cutting and refined his approach to personalized client service.

Our objective is clear: to create the finest tailoring possible by combining craftsmanship, meticulous fit, and the highest-quality materials, always taking into account each client’s personal style. Entering a tailor’s shop is a sensory experience, especially for the sense of touch—essential when choosing the fabric that will bring each garment to life.Our cloth selection features only fabrics from the most prestigious mills: Loro Piana, Holland & Sherry, Scabal, Dormeuil, among others. The wools, linings, silk threads, and buttons we use meet the same standard of excellence.

On December 3rd, 2019, we opened our first atelier-boutique at 4 Hermanos Pinzón Street. Two years later, we inaugurated our second space at the Hotel Wellington—an enclave that perfectly reflects our vision of tailoring: elegance, calm, and personalized attention. Today, we proudly celebrate the 5th anniversary of this second home.
