BIKRAM YOGA:
It consists of a fixed sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, designed to work the body in a comprehensive and progressive way. Each posture has a specific purpose: to strengthen, stretch, balance and stimulate internal organs and systems. The practice is performed in a room heated to 42º with 50% humidity, which promotes greater flexibility, reduces the risk of injury and allows for deep detoxification through sweating. The heat also enhances concentration and mind-body connection.
HOT YOGA:
Unlike Bikram, it does not follow a fixed sequence, allowing for dynamic and creative classes that combine strength, balance and flexibility. The high temperature intensifies muscle work, improves elasticity and raises the heart rate, generating a gentle but constant cardiovascular stimulus. The result is a complete practice that tones, releases tension and improves joint mobility, while calming the mind and reducing stress.
HOT PILATES HELL:
This is a high-intensity, low-impact workout based on Pilates principles, performed in a heated room. It combines HIIT-style intervals with exercises focused on the core, glutes and stability, boosting metabolism and promoting calorie burning. The heat promotes deep muscle activation and increases cardiovascular endurance without aggressive impact on the joints. It is a demanding, dynamic and highly effective workout for toning, defining and strengthening.
