Are pets allowed in the hotel?
We are proud to consider ourselves Pet Friendly. At The Wellington Hotel & Spa Madrid pets are welcome and we make sure that they feel right at home. The supplement price is 50€ per night (VAT included).

How can you access our exclusive lounge "The Wellington Club"?
Enjoying the best views of the Madrid skyline and its three private terraces is very simple. What you must do is book a room category that includes this service. You can easily identify them when making your reservation with the name of the room category in which “The Wellington Club” is added.
When can you use the pool?
Our summer pool is open seasonally, coinciding with the hottest months in Madrid. It is our summer oasis where you can cool off and enjoy the calm of a unique space in the heart of the city.

Do you have rooms that accommodate a family of 4?
Yes, we have both connecting Executive rooms, as well as Family rooms and two-bedroom Suites.
Can you smoke in the Wellington Hotel & Spa Madrid?
We have rooms with balconies and terraces where you can smoke, but only in its outdoor spaces. Likewise, the Wellington Hotel & Spa Madrid has the Terrace of the English Bar where we offer you a selection of cigars. Smoking is not allowed in any interior space of the Hotel.
Are there any COVID-19 contingency measures?
Yes, The Wellington Hotel & Spa Madrid has developed a Contingency Plan applicable to our guests and facilities of the Hotel, based on the recommendations and guidelines given by the Ministry of Health to minimize COVID-19 exposure and infections.
These measures are aimed to guarantee the health of both guests and employees. The entire staff of the Wellington Hotel & Spa Madrid has received specific and detailed training on the guidelines for action and mandatory standards that should be implemented whenever deemed necessary and in the development of daily activity.
