Combining NASA's patented Differential Air Pressure (DAP) technology, an intuitive touch screen interface, real-time gait analysis, and live video monitoring, walking, running, and kinetic chain body weight exercises are possible. This system allows you to train intensely without generating so many free radicals and without damaging your joints.
We suggest that you work on a training method based on constantly varied exercises, with functional movements executed at high intensity and with the help of professional trainers. The sessions can be individual or in groups; all levels.
